PRODUCT AWARENESS

All wood products are made by natural materials, therefore natural imperfections may be seen, these are not a fault in the product iteself.

Mirror products- DO NOT clean with chemicals, avoid any humidifiers as these can ruin your mirror item. Clean only with water and always handle with care

All products are taken with props for photography purposes, stands on plaques are not included unless stated otherwise. 

All baby photos have been taken and advertised with persmission

* No refunds or exchange on change of mind 
* We will gladly exchange on any faulty item upon proof and product returned at buyers expense.
* We hold no responsibility for any error that's occurred during your checkout
GM hold no liability for lost or damaged items during postage/shipping after product has left our warehouse

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, no returns are accepted on customized items, 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return labels are at the expense of the buyer for change of mind items, label is at the expense of sender if wrong item has been sent, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note if refunds are processed on orders processed using PayPal or Credit card there will be a 4% charge of the amount being refunded as PayPal and credit card providers no longer refund the fee charged for using their service.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24hrs to do this due to courier timeline, after 24hours this is voided and a claim cannot be commenced. All damaged items due to transport are to be sent to the courier, a claim is to be made through them, you have 24hours to do this.  Once items leave the warehouse, it is in the hands and responsivity of the provided courier. All delicate items such as signages, baptism boxes and wishing wells are delicate items, we suggest requesting insurance for the full value otherwise standard insurance of what the shipping company provides will be given.

We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ on our handmade custom ranges and due to the custom nature of the products we are not able to restock and resell them.
All items on sale are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. 

LOST PARCELS
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs. Any lost parcels but delt with through the courier directly.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible Peek A Boo Designs will accommodate address change requests.
Peek A Boo Designs takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
