Do I get to preview my order before it’s shipped?

Of course, that's a must for all personalized products. If you have ordered a personalized item, within 7 days of payment you will receive a draft to approve. Drafts need to be approved within 5 days otherwise orders will be automatically shipped in order to meet deadlines and avoid disappointment. We will not be responsible for any errors 

Will my order take long to arrive?

 Depending how big the order is or product ordered will depend on shipment, standard pre done designs are shipped within 72hours. Custom products are drafted and sent for approval if listing states approval will be sent, this is done within 5 business days, once approved orders will be completed within 5 buisness days. Shipping is additional and apply to shipping timeline. Please be aware during seasonal times, such as Christmas, Easter, Large sale periods ect there will be postal delays. 

Will you tell me once my order is shipped?

Yes defiantly, you will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I pick up?

We are an online Boutique though please contact us if you wish to collect from us so we can make arrangements, we are located in Ipswich Region, QLD

When your order is ready you will be notified via email so ensure you add email with purchase to receive this notification.

 

How much is postage?

All shipments are tracked and calculated by weight. All packages are tracked. If breakages/damages occur, you are required to contact the provided courier within 24hours to meet their terms and conditions, after this you are no longer eligible to make a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage but if needed please contact for shipping quote

Can you change any of your personalized items including stationary?

Most defiantly, if you need anything particular, please message us, we are more than happy to cater to your needs.

Can I get a refund?

All orders are custom therefor we do not accept any refund or exchange but if you have any questions please contact us.
